Motek's newly developed MTL120 hydraulic crusher bucket is officially launched and will soon go into mass production. Having passed comprehensive factory inspections and field performance tests, the product meets all design specifications. This compact and multi-functional crushing attachment will be delivered to customers worldwide, marking another major step forward in our layout of the light-duty construction machinery attachment market.
Designed for light and medium-duty operations, the MTL120 features excellent compatibility with a wide range of mainstream compact machines. It fits 6–10 ton excavators, 5–9 ton backhoe loaders and 3–6 ton skid steer loaders, ideal for urban renewal, road maintenance, construction waste recycling and small-scale stone processing. With overall dimensions of 1230×1230×800 mm, a total weight of 1010 kg and a standard bucket capacity of 0.19 m³, its compact structure enables flexible operation in confined workspaces and greatly simplifies on-site transportation and relocation.
Built to withstand harsh working conditions, the main load-bearing components and wear liners are fabricated from NM400 and NM500 high-strength wear-resistant steel. The material delivers outstanding impact resistance and abrasion resistance while preventing deformation, effectively extending the service life of the equipment and cutting customers' long-term maintenance costs. Equipped with a proven hydraulic system, the unit operates at a working pressure of 200–250 bar and requires a hydraulic flow of 95–120 L/min. It delivers stable and powerful crushing force, capable of continuously and efficiently processing concrete chunks, raw stones, construction residues and other materials.
Thanks to its practical functions and excellent cost performance, the MTL120 is well received by contractors, equipment rental companies and construction teams. It allows on-site crushing and material recycling, eliminating the need for additional large crushing equipment and substantially reducing material transportation costs.
